Steven Siclari has over 40 years experience in the hair industry.  Early in his career, he worked in Florida where he was introduced to all aspects of color and highlighting.  Shortly after returning to Northampton Steven trained extensively at Vidal Sassoon in London, Paul Mitchell Systems® and ABBA in Los Angeles to name a few.  He also taught for Paul Mitchell Systems nationally.  In October of 2002, Steven purchased Changes Salon with co-owner Edward Lockhart. Continuing education, managing a top-notch professional salon and customer satisfaction are very important to Steven.  He believes that educating his clients on the latest styles and trends is what sets Changes apart from the competition. Steven’s philosophy is that if you’re having fun, learning and making others happy in whatever you do, it will shine through in your work and your life!
